The primary focus for Airlog Group is the customer satisfaction. We believe that if you have motivated staff this will show in the customer surveys. During the end of 2011 we made the survey again. The result for Sweden speaks for itself (the result for Demnark will be posted as soon as it’s ready), we believe that our service is one of a kind. And that it originates from our excellent staff. In our Business Plan the ambition is to increase the customer satisfaction year by year. Please find the customer survey by clicking on the link below.
Customer Survey 2011
Flooding in Thailand
Due to the flooding in Thailand there might be delays for both air- and ocean freight to and from Thailand until the situation has improved. As of today one of Bangkok’s airports are threatened by the flooding and might be closed depending on the development of the situation. Our partners in Thailand are doing their best to find alternative solutions to collect, deliver and ship goods to and from Thailand.
The authorities in Thailand have further announced public holidays from 27th to 30th October, 2011. The Bangkok river port will be closed during these days and shipping lines will not move cargo in or out. This also means that the Thai customs will be on stand-by only at the ports and airports, any activities will be considered as over-time.

Shenzhen University World Games 2011
Please be advised that during “Shenzhen University World Games 2011” (August 12 to August 23) there will be tighter security checks and likely more shipments will be picked out for inspection by customs. This could lead to longer lead times.
